My name is James Deery. I am a software developer with an interest in working on all sorts of problems, for fun and for profit. From flashy, noisy, interactive things, to the behind-the-scenes infrastructure parts that keep everything running—because they can be just as exciting.
I spend a good deal of my spare time reimplementing solutions to long-solved problems; it’s a great way to learn how much goes into some of them. If there’s something that gives me an excuse to learn a new language, framework or platform, I’m interested.
Some of the bits of code I work on live at GitHub.
If you want to get in touch, you can email me at james.deery@jadex.org, or find me on Twitter @derkyjadex. You may also want to look at my CV.
